CONRAD DISTILLERY
Conrad Distillery is driven by Sustainability and Environmental causes that benefit both people and the planet. Inspired by the 2020 drought fires that raged throughout the Stanthorpe region, causing wineries in the district to have smoke affected wine, many vineyards sent hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of unpalatable wine to landfills.
CONRAD DISTILLERY HISTORY
By taking bad wine and turning it into amazing eco-friendly grape-based spirits, using her heritage (Irish and Scottish) and love of France – Debra made the leap of faith to build Conrad Distillery.
In July 2021, the first part of the vineyard was planted and the foundation for Conrad Distillery Building was laid.
This eco-friendly distillery is where you can enjoy and experience behind the barrel tours and the superb taste of paddock to barrel, triple filtered, triple distilled, highball spirits.
Conrad is focused on producing high-quality, great-tasting, make every occasion noteworthy grape base spirit, Vodka, Gin, XO Cafe Coffee Liqueur, Brandy, and a Rebel Whisky.
WHY CONRAD?
At Conrad, some rules are meant to be broken and it is what we leave out that makes us different. Australia has some amazing essences, and we believe there is a place for all botanicals – but not all of them will taste great in your favourite drink.

Welcome to a world of playful luxury, celebration and delicious triple distilled and filtered Gins and Vodkas. Our ingredients are individually sourced. We run small artisan batches and each bottle identifies the origin and the history of the wine we used to create our timeless classic spirits.
Our spirits are grape alcohol-based distilled and filtered to be sure (to be sure – that’s the Irish unicorn within me) for a perfect, smooth and full-bodied experience is guaranteed.
Conrad Vodka
Conrad Vodka is a modern vodka, inspired by all that is exceptionally fresh, smooth and with a hint of sweetness linked to the wine from which it was sourced. Conrad Gin
Following Hendrick’s Gin Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie’s method of combining the traditional method of steeped and steamed botanicals, Conrad Classic Gin range only uses 9 botanicals. Superbly balanced, Conrad Gins delicately surrounds the palate with fresh Juniper, green notes, spice and a soft finish. Take the time to enlighten your senses as you experience an initial burst of crisp zesty botanicals, harmoniously balanced juniper and coriander and a deep, surprisingly aroma of uniqueness lay of the Mediterranean ingredients.
